At the Annual Meeting 2013 held in Boston on 1-2 October, the BFS IOA Membership elected Megan Johnson to the BFS IOA Board. Megan replaces Patrick Poisson.

New website gone live

In celebration of BFS IOA 25th year anniversary, we are pleased to introduce to our members our new updated website. Along with the new website, we have introduced a new updated logo to revitalize the association’s logo and brand for the future. The new website introduces several new features.

Like every year, it's now time for me to summarize the BFS IOA year 2012 before our upcoming Annual General Meeting for 2013. This year we have chosen to have the AGM and European meeting a little later than usual, so instead of meeting the spring somewhere in Europe, you will 2013 have the chance to meet the summer in the exiting city of Berlin.

BFS IOA European meeting 2013 was held in trendy and facinating city of Berlin on June 6-7, 2013. In conjunction with the meeting, there was plant tour on June 6 afternoon at Dr. Gerhard Mann (part of Bausch + Lomb) BFS facility in Berlin.

BFS IOA invited all our members to our annual Asia/Pacific meeting which took place in Chandigarh, India on November 26-27, 2012. In connection with the meeting, there was a tour at Aishwarya's new impressive BFS production plant in Baddi.
