Google Analytics

This website utilizes Google Analytics (GA) to track a monitor user interaction. This data will be used to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our website and to see their journey through the site.

GA data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser etc. is recorded but none of this information identifies you as a person.

GA also records your device’s IP address which potentially could be used to identify you, but Google does not share this information with us.

Contact and download forms

If you communicate with us using our contact forms or access gated content from our website, your information will be stored in our backend and sent to us using the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP).

Information will then be stored in our email system and may be used for further processing in our CRM system.

Email newsletters

If you join one of our newsletters the email address you submit will be stored in our CSM and CRM systems. We consider our CSM and CRM a third-party data processor as these are cloud/hosted systems.

Your email address and other data will remain in our database as long as we continue to use current CSM and CRM email marketing services or until you specifically request removal from our system. You will be able to do this by using the UNSUBSCRIBE link enclosed in all marketing emails sent by us.

You may also request removal from the mail system by sending an email to BFS@melitek.com. While your email address is in our newsletter subscription database, you will receive periodic newsletters – approximately 1-4 times monthly.

Our newsletters will contain information about our products and services, market related news and events + invitations to meet us at tradeshows.

How long do we store your information
