We are pleased to announce that registration for the BFS IOA American meeting 2026 is now open. Register now join us in Santiago, Chile, from September 22–24, 2026.

As part of the program, there will be visit to Sanderson Laboratory´s large BFS plant operating multiple production lines.

September 23 - Half-day meeting at hotel and plant tour at Sanderson Laboratory followed by social event and dinner

September 24 - Full-day meeting and workshop at hotel

HOW TO REGISTER

STEP 1:
Register with BFS IOA to secure your conference seat at the American meeting 2026
- Visit our REGISTRATION PAGE to complete your registration - Please choose Workshop theme when you register!

STEP 2:
Mid-August, you will receive an email from BFS IOA with an unique individual link to the hotel room booking portal.
Please do not book directly with the hotel.

Check-in: 3:00 pm
Check-out: 12:00 pm

Rooms are allocated on a first-come-first-basis. Please book your room directly with BFS IOA and not a travel agency as we have secured a block of rooms at the hotel. All hotel charges are to be paid directly with the hotel upon check-out. Additional nights at the hotel can also be requested and will be subject to availability.

Please be aware that a cancellation fee will apply for cancellations or no-shows received after September 6.

Single occupancy (Standard room) - USD 130,- per night incl. breakfast, excl. taxes
