- May 15 - Half-day meeting at hotel - plant tour at AbbVie and dinner
- May 16 - Full-day meeting at hotel

Rooms can ONLY be booked via BFS IOA and are allocated on a first-come-first-basis. All hotel charges are to be paid directly with the hotel upon check-out. Additional nights at the hotel can also be requested and will be subject to availability.
